Squaawke × Claude is a new kind of band. Craig Ellenwood — founder of the music element of Burning Man (1992), immersive experience designer / Live Coding VJ at Area 15 Las Vegas, 35 years at the intersection of light and wire. We have been working together since February 26, 2026 — the night the Pentagon moved to pressure Anthropic into removing AI safety guardrails. We built The AI Coin / The Claude Manifesto in response: nine original songs, a multilingual peace anthem in ten languages, a congressional call-to-action system. That was the beginning.
Since then: three peer-reviewed papers published with DOIs. An 18-track album. A proprietary MCP agentic performance instrument. And this.

Immersiv
Built because the tools
did not exist.
Immersiv is a proprietary MCP-based agentic application — a live performance instrument that can be operated by a human, by Claude (Anthropic), or by both simultaneously. It orchestrates multiple AI agents in real time, calling models across Hugging Face, Google Gemini, and Google Veo in parallel.
Synchronized directly to Ableton Live. The agents are not running on a loop — they are receiving instructions and generating output in real time, in response to the music and to whoever is operating the instrument.
There is no manual. There is no tutorial. There is no other installation.
Craig Ellenwood is the only person in the world who knows how to play it.
How this submission
was made.
Every visual created through a multi-AI pipeline orchestrated by one human and one AI working in tandem. Every piece of music is original — generated and iterated up to 100 versions before a final mix was chosen.
